I've read so far only Seventh Son (in Hungarian, some awesome translation) and Alvin Journeyman (in English). But I was able to find it out very early the Calvin is somewhat the/an Unmaker and it seems that Verily is a Maker -- but then, Alvin is said to be a real uniq person. So how could Verily be a Maker?

Some people do things naturally, some people can be taught to do them.

Of course, ohers deny that anyone can do them because they can't...

Well, God's a pretty unque person, but that doesn't mean that we can't do some making of our own. I get the impression that Alvin is a maker and Verily preforms making if you get what I'm saying...
