We're hoping to have these in the Hatrack Store shortly -- and we will be offering them signed for Christmas. Stay tuned . . .

Hey Hobbes. We're on the road right now. We've in LA today. Just going to see our daughter play Cecily in a musical called Ernest! (The musical version of The Important of Being Ernest) at the Fremont Theatre in Pasadena. Then the signings begin tomorrow.

Hey, Kristine, I don't think we're gonna make the signing, but if you guys wanna stop by the hospital on your way up north (if you're taking the 101 rather than the 5) and meet the newest Mooseling (who should be here by Monday), let us know and we can give you hospital info. Oh, and you can look for my sister Maureen in San Diego. Not sure what other family members might be there, but Maureen definitely will.

Is Scott gonna release special limited-edition Christmas poetry books every year? That'd be a kick.

Ohh, well I guess I missed my chance then, but if you check here again, have a great trip! I'm looking forward to Portland and Cinci. [Big Grin] [Wave]

[EDIT: My chance to wish you guys a great trip before you left.]

Well, they aren't able to induce this week -- they have no room at the hospital for additional "elective" inductions, so we just gotta let nature take its course. We have another appointment next Monday, and have scheduled induction for next Wednesday, but chances are pretty good that Mama will simply go into labor later this week, while our regular doctor is on vacation. *sigh*

But there's a very very slim possibility now that I could attend a signing. I just might have to leave before it's over. Kristine, if you and Scott want to visit our home instead of the hospital, that's fine, too. [Smile]

Man I miss out by not checking this side more frequently. I bet the people at the store would be in for a treat if you were there and OSC told them that you were the "real" Papa Moose. On the other hand you might crave your anynonymity more than that.

Anyway what I was really typing to find out is if Mooselet II is still comfortably ensconced or if he's decided to make an exit.

I pretend to crave anonymity, because I think I should, but I don't. Who wants anonymity? If I'd been at the signing, I hope OSC would've pointed me out, and that I would have received tons of adulations from people I don't know. Seems both shameless and shameful to me, even though those ought to be opposites. But it's true -- I am so flawed.

Hatrack will probably hear about the new guy before many family members do, though we'll at least attempt to reach family first.

Thanks for caring.

I wish I could go to a OSC book signing.
Maybe he will visit Brazil someday, who knows?

People can dream, hun? [Wink]
