It's maybe from Hebrews 11:34 (They were weak, and yet were made strong) and Ezekiel 34:16 (I will search for the lost, bring back those that strayed away, put bandages on those that were hurt, and make the weak strong. But I will destroy those sheep that are fat and strong.) Or is both from this Ezekiel verse?

This matters a lot -- I am slowly translating Ender's Shadow to Hungarian language (for my own pleasure at the moment -- if you are Hungarian, don't hold your breath) and I'd like to create a worthy translation.

is it just me or does that not make any sense? cause then we'd be right back where we started. wouldn't it make more sense just to bring everyone to a in-between point, or just leave everyone the way they are? whats wrong with individuality? [Dont Know]

Seriously, I think the phrase makes the most sense when interpreted in the following context:

"let the weak [i.e., oppressed] be made strong [so that they can resist oppression] and let the strong [in this case, the oppressor] be made weak [lose power, be no longer able to oppress]."
