Hiyas,

I bought this book some time ago and noticed the page was ripped out, and somebody sent me a transcrition or scan (I forget) of the missing pages. I've somehow since lost them, and my girlfriend is now reading the book. Could somebody please whip out their copy of the book and transcribe the two pages for me? Post them here, or post here and send them to me in an email, please.
