Because I'm a newbie (and couldn't find it elsewhere), I have to ask: what's the timeframe for the next Shadow book? Shadow Puppets was the last one published. Is OSC working on the fourth?

I don't think he is working on the next Shadow book yet. I think he's busy with other things.

The next one will be Shadow of the Giant.
After than he's going to write a book that will link the Ender books with the Shadow books. I think... [Dont Know]

No, Shadow of the Giant is the next book, and the book after that will be the "linking book" so to speak.
