Around 1992-95, I recall seeing in a bookstore a book that I remember as being written by Orson Scott Card. But it might not have been.

It was an illustrated book, as though it were for children. It had bright illustrations that covered nearly the full page of every page. But it was written for adults as a cautionary fairy tale. The story was clearly allegorical. It was about a queen who used her magic mirror (internet) to chat with other men, and allowed herself to get pulled away from her marriage. When she met the man she had grown attached to through her magic mirror, she found that he wasn't as wonderful as she had thought him to be, and now her marriage was damaged. Does this ring any bells? I can't seem to find it through Google or Amazon, so I'm hoping someone knows what I'm talking about.

Enchantment was edited in 1999... [Roll Eyes]

Since Magic Mirror is © 1999, too, maybe the rolling eyes weren't necessary, Frangy. Camber just didn't remember the date very well -- not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Camber, I gotta agree with dawn -- it's Magic Mirror.
