there are 8 total. ender's game, speaker for the dead, xenocide, children of the mind . . . ender's shadow, shadow of the hegemon, shadow puppets, and shadow of the giant.

Easton Press does fine hardcovers (leather? maybe) of Ender's Game; first editions, including the extremely limited leatherbound editions of some of the shadow books, are only available now in the aftermarket, inflated by speculation.
For plain hardcovers, Children of the Mind is the hardest to come by. The others should all be available either online or in cheap used copies.

Really, Children of the Mind is the hardest to find in hardback? I know we have one or our school does... all I know is that I read it in a hardback.

That's funny, about CotM - I have two hardcovers of it sitting on my bookshelf, and feel a bit sheepish about it. One I bought when it first came out, but when I saw it for $5 on the Barnes and Noble discount shelf, I couldn't help but get another.
Speaker for the Dead, though, I have yet to find an unblemished hardcover of.
