But-- when is the titular game coming out? Seriously, I'd pay good money for it. . .

Ha! So would I. My husband and I listened to it on the "Elephants of Posnan" audiobook, and he still randomly yells "release the pigs!" on the slightest provocation. It's funny, he hasn't gotten around to reading any of OSC's work, but he's now familiar with one of the more obscure short stories.

This is one of my favorite short stories as well.
I asked the same question here. IIRC, there were only two copies of the game ever created. One is owned by the Cards, one is owned by the game's creator.

Greg Johnson (the creator of Toe Jam and Earl) holds the rights to the game. If we ever make it into a bestselling novel or a hot movie, then he'll get to market the game and profit from it!
Meanwhile, tonight a group of friends and family - including the writer of the Feed the Baby screenplay - will be playing a game of "Feed the Baby of Love Many Beans or Perish in the Flames of Hell." Eat your hearts out.

So. . . you'll be feeding the Baby of Sorrow tonight.
Cold, OSC. Cold. And to think I just bought Magic Street, too.

So. . . how did it go? Did the Baby of Love triumph over the Baby of Sorrows?
