I see it as available on Amazon, but nowhere else. Is it a mistake?

Link?

EDIT: I found it (although I still recommend you put a link for convenience).

It's listed at amazon but not b&n. Weird. They don't give a release date though, so no telling when it comes out. Amazon also has a listing for the next volume of pastwatch, which isn't even in the next five novels to be written.

They say the availability is "Usually ships within 2 to 3 days." Somehow I doubt that.

Here is the link: Link

Silly Americans. Amazon.ca has had it listed with what I asume is the actual release date for some time now. link.

March, eh? Not too long, then.

It is funny that paperback books get released sooner in other countries. While in Israel (In May) I got a mass market paperback edition of Stephen King's Wolves of Calla that doesn't get released here until mid 2006. I just can't get myself to buy hard backs (or even trade paperbacks).

If I ever met any of my deadlines, maybe the dates on the websites would be closer to accurate ...

Are you trying to criticize yourself? You shouldn't do that, it only hurts self-esteem. And all the psycho-babble. Anywho, I don't mind if your deadlines are not met. Just as long as the book is finished sometime during this century.

My confusion was just that Amazon has it as available now, rather then for pre-order.

Amazon makes mistakes sometimes. It's certainly not available now, so even if you do order it, don't expect it until March or whenever the real release date is.

"I love deadlines. I love the wooshing sound they make as they go by." -Douglas Adams

I've heard Orson Scott Card doesn't like Douglas Adams' writing, but I think there's one thing he can agree with.
