Kind of a specific question regarding a Christmas list
When I originally read the Ender series I read them in books that weren't shaped like typical novels. These books weren't fat and lay flat. These paperbacks were shaped almost like old-school computer manuals or (for the LDS crowd) were the shape of hymnbooks.
Can somebody help me out? A link would be fantastic and I would be eternally in your anonymous online debt.

From your description, you may be talking about the trade paperback editions. Your bookstores can probably order them (if they are still in print -- but I think they are).

The version that I have (the only one I have ever read) is Ender's Game + Speaker for the Dead in 1 book titled Ender's War. I haven't seen this version for sale new anywhere, it was just lent to me, apparently permantly.

Ender's War hasn't been reprinted since 1986, IIRC. Used copies are fairly easy to find though.

Ender's War was available through the Science Fiction Book Club as a recently as a few years ago, but not any more, I don't think.

Yes! Thanks for your help. I just found the softcover or trade paperback versions online.

It's so weird that there are SO many print versions of the same book. I understand the reasons behind it, but it still boggles the mind!

Certainly not for quite a few years. But I had forgotten they had reprinted it after Doubleday.
Thanks for the reminder.
