In preparation for the movie, and for examples of leadership, I've decided to reread Ender's Game-on my Kobo. I'm finding numerous errors that are both annoying and distracting that aren't in the book format. Errors like dashes in the middle of words on nearly every second page, sometimes more; words like "everl" instead of "every"; and "/" instead of "I". There's more but those are the most common. I also remember a friend saying, while reading Speaker For The Dead, he noticed random letters randomly inserted into words where they don't belong or replacing current letters in words. This was a frequent error. Is this the going standard for his Ebooks? Will these problems be fixed?

This has something to do with the transfer process. Apparently the original pages are scanned in and computers use some type of text recognition software. No one actually sits there and types it. There are too many pre-ebook books being scanned that there is not enough time to edit each one.

Write to the seller of your ebooks and complain to them.

If you want a change I've found the unabridged audible version to be VERY entertaining. The voices add alot of cinematic to the mental picture even if Stephan Rudnicki's voice can be a little too bass and monotonous at times. it makes ender seem kinda detached from the less logical world around him, almost like an asburgers view on the situation
