I've tried contacting customer service via email but did not get any response. I understand that they don't have a huge staff so it's no biggie, but I'm wondering how long shipping is generally? I purchased some bookplates and a book approximately 2 weeks ago and I know they'll get here before Christmas; however, there's no delivery date or tracking number so I have no idea what to expect.
I bought these for my husband and I travel quite often. I'd like to be here when they are delivered so I can beat him to them.
Someone enlighten me?

Hi, sorry for the delay. OSC traveled for most of the month of October and part of November. I know he signed a bunch of bookplates yesterday. I'm sure they will get mailed out the first of the week. KAC
