[Cry]

Jerry Springer isn't running for office? I'm so surprised! I'm so disappointed.

Who'd be his advisors? A bi-sexual midget who cheated on her girlfriend's brother with a goat after hosting an orgy for Jewish incestual KKK members?

What do ya'll (I have to say that now that I live in Texas) think of celebrities running for office (in the past or now)?

Remember he was the Mayor of Cincinatti before he became a talk show host.

I have no problem with actors getting into politics. Why not?

I don't remember...my politcal awareness is a reletively new thing. (Sadly enough [Embarrassed] )

I don't know if there is anything wrong with it...that's why I asked for thoughts.

Yes he was Mayor until he got busted for visiting a local prostitute. How did they catch him? He wrote her a check on a city account.

Ah, rats. I was hoping he would run and win. Then maybe that stupid television show of his would go away.

Well, THAT explains a lot about Cincinatti [Roll Eyes]

C-i-n-c-i-n-n-a-t-i. And I'm proud of my city, but not Jerry Springer. I am very glad that he decided not to run, I could not imagine what it would be like to have him as our senator.

After Traficant, even Springer looked good in Ohio... scary, scary...

I think calling Jerry Springer an actor is pushing it a little bit.

But generally I agree with you, msquared.

I am actually disappointed, Springer had a real populist theme to his politics which we need more of in this country!
