I admit it - I'm a Lonestar State native. You can't help but wax a little teary eyed everytime you hear "The Eyes of Texas are Upon You..."

my brother lives in austin, and when i visited him we snagged about 20 of those free "don't mess with texas" stickers from the state capitol gift shop.

My Texas relatives once sent us a "Texas gift basket" for Christmas... it contained Texas-shaped pasta!
