One of my best players on the soccer team that I coach is sick. Now I have to redo my roster for who plays when. Ack.

By the way we tied our second game. We were down 3-1 at the start of the 4th quarter and came back to tie it.

We play again tonight and now this.

But I'm glad you're catching up, msquared. I have no idea why I'm so interested in your little soccer team, but dammit keep me posted.

Ralphie,

It is becuase I have not sucked up to you. [Smile]

I am playing hard to get and you find it fascinating. You now wait with baited breath for every post I make.

Soon, if I ignore you enough, you will beg me to make a dobbie thread and ask to become my minion.

What sort of bait is she using on her breath?

I like the sushi flavor but there are lots of choices, I think.

Is Slashy your halfback?

msquared - I have absolutely no doubt that you are entirely intoxicated by me.

Fear not.

However, I do like the thought that you're coaching a little soccer team. I find it ridiculously cute. So, keep me posted.

Ralphie,

It is hard for me to become intoxicated since I don't drink.

Well we lost, 1-0. We had lots of oppertunities, but my players seemed to forget that they have a left foot. Guess what we are working on Thursday at practice.

We are now 1-1-1(we tied this past Saturday). I really missed the half back that was out. I hope he is better by Saturday, when our next game is.

Oh and I don't know if it is a little soccer team. They are all 5th and 6th graders. My son, who is in 6th grade is 5'4" and 135lbs.
