Day after day night after night I keep coming back to this stupid site. I don't care for anyone here and no one cares about me.
I hate everything and everyone and I am intolerably bored most of the time.
But I keep coming back.
I don't understand why I am still here.
even now.
I just keep on typing and continue to be bored.
I think I should either be on mood stabilizers or that maybe just maybe the world should just stop sucking so much...

I'm starting to think something is wrong with me...I've always wondered but lately...I don't think I am right. Even the military turned me down. [Frown] I always knew I'm not like other people...but I thought after getting married and having a child maybe I would FIT in a little better...I feel sorry for my daughter when she gets to school...I just know I'm going to mess her up too. [Frown]

How about tranquilizers...not for me of course...I mean a trank gun that I could use to maybe just knock people out for awhile. y'know just long enough that they don't have to bother me. I wonder where I can go where I can be alone. I could go outside but the cops always harrass me at night [Grumble]
perhaps I really AM anti-social

Posted by tonguetied&twisted (Member # 5159) on :

If I promise not to bother you, can you not knock me out? [Razz]

bad things and days happen to everyone...
Its true of course but it never makes you feel better [Frown]
Does anyone know if counseling does any good?
I mean makes you "Normal"?

If you are truely in New Zealand thats quite a hike tt&T.

Posted by tonguetied&twisted (Member # 5159) on :

Phew. So you won't knock me out then! [Big Grin]
I'm not sure if counselling makes one "normal". If that's what it's meant to do, it sure didn't work for me! [Wink]

It's Hatcrack.

Don't try and fight it. The web will only get stickier.

My first time ever taking acid...looong ago I got worried that I was losing my mind
I called up a number at random then talked with that person...I told him that I thought I was going crazy...He told me to go with it and politely hung up. [Confused]

Don't look so frightened this is just a passing phase, one of my bad days.
Would you like to watch tv? Or get between the sheets? Or contemplate the silent freeways? Would you like something to eat? Would you like to learn to fly? Do you want to see me try? Why are you running away?

You have good taste. [Smile]

It's just not the same without the all the sound effects.

Well, you listen to Pink Floyd, so in my humble opinion, you're not crazy. Of course, I'm frequently wrong...

(((MacBeth)))

Well, I suppose I can't speak for anyone else here, but I'm sure as heck not "normal" - never have been, never will be. But that's okay. "Normal" isn't all it's cracked up to be.

And about the world sucking...it isn't ever going to stop, hon. It's the nature of the beast. I'm (slowly) learning to let it go its way while I go mine. Some days are easier than others.

Oh, and a little story about dropping acid. I never have done it, but I had a couple of friends....They both had indulged one night when I was with them. About two in the morning, they started trying to name the Seven Dwarfs. You know how that goes - you can always come up with six, and no one can ever remember the seventh.

Well, they thought first of calling Disneyland to ask. Then they realized that it was too late. But - brainstorm - EuroDisney was open. Didn't know the number. Well, there was the international operator. They called, and since they were tripping, they had to tell the operator the whole story of why they wanted to call them. Well, the operator rallied her co-workers and came up with the names of all seven.

But now my friends were so disappointed - now there was no reason to call Europe. Then one of them remembered that I have a friend who lives in England. Did I have her phone number with me? Yes, I did. So they called her and talked to her for about half an hour. She was very sweet to my lunatic friends.

I don't suppose there was any point to telling that story, except that your comment, MacBeth, reminded me of it.

I really hope you feel better soon. [Smile]

I can name all seven.

Dopey, Sleepy, Doc, Sneezy, ... um... umm....

Can you name all 13, though?

Bifur, Bofur, Bombur, Oin, Gloin, Dwalin and Balin, Fili, Kili, Dori, Nori, Ori, Thorin Oakenshield. Man, I'm good! [Smile]

I can name all of Henry VIII's wives. Does that count?

Not unless you can also name all the ways they died, too. [Razz]

Catherine of Aragon - Henry divorced her, and she died of natural causes.

Anne Boleyn - Beheaded

Jane Seymour - Died shortly after giving birth to Henry's son Edward. Some say she knew when to make a graceful exit.

Anne of Cleves - Henry divorced her, primarily because she wasn't good-looking enough for him. His grounds for divorce were, if I remember correctly, that she was misrepresented in the portrait of her he saw when he contracted to marry her. She died of natural causes.

Catherine Howard - Beheaded. It is said her ghost still haunts an upstairs hall just outside the royal chapel at Hampton Court Palace.

Catherine Parr - She took care of Henry in his old age and outlived him.
