Hello all Im a new member to the forums with a simple (maybe stupid) Question.

What do you mean by 'may?'
**burninates noob**
Posted by Book (Member # 5500) on :
How tactful. Not to mention polite.
Howdy. Welcome aboard.

For some strange reason I couldnt finish my question. Is there going to be an Enders Game movie or not? Ive read about it before but that was a long time ago.

**burninates Book, but in a polite way**

Sweet. See, there's a certain etiquette to flesh searing pain!

I think the burning question concerning the movie is whether Haley Joel Osment or Jake Lloyd will be playing Ender.

Now *that's* naughty, Trogdor! Dink, run a search on FAQ's (yes, with an apostrophe ) and that will tell you where to start if you want to save yourself all the mistakes I've made.

Don't mind them, Dink. It's just one of those things that newbies join and ask about the Ender's Game movie.
I suggest you click the search button and search Ender's Game movie. There might be more topics on the side with Orson Scott Card....

Just make sure the first thing you do is insult a minority group with a lot of political clout. Then make lots of points about how Haley Joel Osment should play Ender.
Posted by Icarus (Member # 3162) on :
No way! I thought Jake Lloyd had already sewn up the part!

Haley Joel Osment hit puberty people. He has a raspy voice now. Ender is still a boy in battle school.
I'm going to champion Yeardley Smith, who does the voice for Bart Simpson. Yes, she's a woman, but she's not very tall.

What about that kid from Stand By Me and Star Trek . . . Wil Wheaton?
Or that one from Radio Flyer, Elijah Wood?
Or that kid from Midsummer Night's Dream, Mickey Rooney!
Posted by MaureenJanay (Member # 2935) on :
How about the woman who played Moanin' Myrtle?
Posted by MaureenJanay (Member # 2935) on :
What I really want to know is, how do I get my kid the part of Ender?
Posted by pooka (Member # 5003) on :
I'd reccommend a growth stunting regimen of second hand smoke. jk.
Remember that baby that was on TV a while back named Bob? and it was really a baby girl named Hunter?

Nah, my kid is two. I figure by the time this thing actually starts, he'll be just the right age.

Where was that old thread where we were lobbying for parts as extra's in Ender's Game. I was going to be a bugger.
Posted by mackillian (Member # 586) on :
*sigh*
Pat, you ARE a bugger. Come ON.
Posted by Bugger #1 (Member # 5760) on :
With this cool new login, I'm sure to get the part.
**goes off to take acting lessons**

Welcome, DM! Don't let the hazing get to you, it's all in fun.

y'know, my mom said Ender's Game would actually make a really cool animated movie. I'm almost starting to agree.
