I've been worried for a long time that our technology just hasn't been keeping pace with the wonderful promises sci-fi has made. I mean, 2001 came and went, and all humans are still hanging out in our own earth's orbit. It's shameful! We're over halfway to the future from Back to the Future, and I'm not seeing any flying cars or hoverboards.

But, mes amis, rest assured. I can now tell you that each and every American is well on his way to owning his very own robot, and finally cruising around in a flying car.

We do, however, need to get to work on the warp drive.

we're PAST the beginning of Quantum Leap, and i dont see anybody traveling through time.

And as far as that flying car, theyre touting it as 'no traffic, no red lights, no speed limits' horse shit. itd be 20 minutes post IPO before the government had the entire idea of 'personal air travel' usage regulated right down to airspeed and hair color while driving.

My friend Tai showed me the site about Asimo yesterday and the flying car one a while back and i really really want them! I even made a page dedicated to Asimo (it's a work in progress [Razz] ). The flying cars aren't even going to be that expensive. Well, too expensive for me to own one right now, but I could always get rich!

The Jetsons had one thing completely backwards.

They had us eating an entire meal in one pill.

Instead, we eat entire meals of pills.

My dad has about 20 he takes daily. I swear one is the size of a meatloaf.
