I never thought I would actually feel an earthquake, but I sure did today! My husband and I were downstairs in the computer room which is semi underground. The floor vibrated and my stuff on my desk shook. We went outside expecting to see an airplane in the driveway or something. I didn't actually believe we'd had an earthquake till I saw it on the news! Weird! [Angst]

Wow! I'm glad you weren't hurt.

LSU had an earthquake some years ago. Literally! The fans were jumping up and down in the stadium, and it caused an earthquake! [Evil Laugh]

I was getting my nails done. Nothing fell, but everything shook. It was over in about 20 seconds. Then the phones started to ring - everyone wanted to check on everyone else and see if they felt it.

Luckily, there was minimal property damage and no injuries that I've heard of. And my nails didn't even get smeared.

I think there is a fault line through Ohio... There used to be earthquake tremors where I lived in North-Eastern Ohio. I hope we don't get a bad one here, but I have a feeling we are past due. [Angst]
Also hello everyone... [Wave] I post at Virtual Battle School, but ventured over here.
