The iJoy massage chair and I shared a blissful 2 hours the other night.

Whoa, Betsy. If this is the kind of toy rich people play with, I think I might just be seduced by the dark side.

After the first 15-minute session, I would have signed my car title over to this chair. It was like laying across two burly Swedish guys with incredibly strong, inexhaustable thumbs.

PS: this is why you should always volunteer to house-sit for people you work for. The perks are enormous.

*tackles CT*

you still battling with AIM or will you pop on for a chat?

Oh, it's the sharper image! Nothing beats a shnazzy package for over-priced As-Seen-On-TV garbage.

Don't forget your complimentary nose-hair trimmer and shoe horn! No travel-weary executive is complete without it!

(mack, I'm at work, and it's blocked [Frown] )

[edited for inappropriate snarkiness]

PC, I tried it out at a friend's house. It melted me. This is a good thing, and it is worthy of the price of my first child. I like you, and so if you want to drive to Madison, I will permit you also to sit in my friend's chair. Given that you are a tall lad, I will allow you to sit for 2 15-minute sessions, one for top and one for bottom. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it, man. [Big Grin]

Yeah CT, those chairs are amazing, aren't they? I've never had the good fortune to house sit for someone that had one, but if I did, I doubt you'd be able to pry my out of the chair.

Heh...I'll bet a chair like that would scare the crap out of a cat, wouldn't it?

I want the Temur-Pedic pillow and mattress.

Wow.

I laid on one of those at the store...mmmmmm.

I'd never wake up!

I konw mac, those things are great, aren't they? I want one of the matresses too. I've actually got one of the pillows. C got it for me for Christmas a couple of years ago. You know how Brookstone sells them for ~$120? C was able to get the exact same pillow, same brand and everything, at drugstore.com for $30. This was 2 or 3 years ago, so I don't know if they still carry them (or if the site is even around anymore), but it'd be worth checking out.

The matress, though, will be another item that has to wait until I win the lottery.

Can you get me one if you win the lottery? [Wink]

Sure. Heck, I'll get you two!

2 hours???!!!! [Eek!]

CT, you can't just go straight to the 2 hour session. You have to work up to it gradually over the course of years. Novice users are generally supposed to go for no more than 20 minutes maximum.

People have been known to marry their chairs (legal in Canada and New Hampshire) after only a one-hour session.

I'm surprised you remembered that Hatrack even exists after a 2 hour session.

Sheesh!

Now we'll have to chip in for your deprogramming.

Don't make us come out there and do an intervention!!! I'm warning you!
