Interesting to keep tabs on, and I'd be interested in trying Grokker out. Google is a huge name, though, and will probably still be more widely used. The way it looks, though, Grokker may be easier to find specific information faster.

Wow. That is seriously cool. They get huge points for what looks to be a fantastic user interface.

Yeah, huge opposition there- says 49 dollars. Even if it is better than google, so long as it costs money, it will be a major downfall in the ammount of people who use it.

I'll use Google, for these reasons.
1: quick and down to buisiness. 2: Mozilla Firebird supports this in address bar "google hatrack orson scott card" 3: light weight (Fits in with #1); only pictures are Google, and g's, o's, l, e; and google bar ad. *Note: The entire size of a search for something is around 15-20k meaning even on a modem I should have it within a few seconds*
So, with the above said, I will continue to use google over anything even if it comes with fries and a coke!

As CNN says, about finding maps for the paris hilton....
well, you need to learn to search (rabbit.cow +"tree")
They say that you can't find maps for the Paris Hilton hotel *In Paris*
(paris hotels map hilton) = 3rd link.
Seriously, the google interface is all I need, and works.

If'n ya can't find it through Google, ya can find it through the librarian search engine. I've never had to go there.

Grokker looks confusing. Google wins just on that.
