I'm pretty open-minded about food (at least in theory, in actuality, I hate hate hate anything fish or fish-like or from the sea), but this seriously made me want to yak. I'm slightly ashamed of myself for being so bigoted toward a food that apparently, people actually enjoy, but there it is.

I am prejudiced against brain sandwiches.

My German grandfather used to have my Grandma make him scrambled brains and eggs for breakfast. It took me a few years to enjoy eating scrambled eggs again.

And I was going to add that Rocky Anderson, Salt Lake's belovely mayor, used to enjoy a helping of calf brain at a now departed diner.
