Hey ya'll yes indeed it is Rudolph the creator of the Daily Sideburn Report thread and I'm hear to report that:
1. the burn's are still rockin'
and
2. I would like you all to download/stream/whatever a song I wrote inspired by the book "the killer angels" by michael shaara that i wrote for a project at school
the original version was 9 min long so you can all thank me for chopping it down to a measly 5+ min. comments and critiques are welcome!

i do not register for things
sorry bud

ok, got to listen without registering.
I liked it except for the first line "there's a light shining so bright."
It's a bit tired. rest of the song is pretty good though.

The recording quality is decent, how'd you do it?
Your voice goes flat from time to time, and I think the climax of the song needs to be a bit more climactic – in addition to singing louder and higher in that bit, play harder too.
I especially liked the coda. Far and away the best part
Cool stuff.

thanks for all the feedback ya'll
i recorded it with guitar tracks 2.0 and my crappy $20 mike...it sounds good because i spent a looooong time on mixing and effects and stuff like that....
i also agree with you about the ending and if i get around to it i'll put up the longer version sometime....

I agree with twinky and Zotto!
I love checking out the music of fellow jatraqueros.
I just downloaded and listened to all of twinkys stuff today (I had heard about 5 of the songs before) and am really impressed.
I am going to put up some of my stuff on my website soon.
