Amazing that a publicity blitz for a bit of self-aggrandisement can cause documents to be declassified, while a simple request for something as harmless as a request for a list of who advised Cheney's Energy Task Force is obstructed by the DubyaAdministration with every legal strategy possible.

Assuming Israel developed the nuclear weapons themselves, they haven't violated this provision unless there was a nuclear test I didn't hear about. Didn't see any mention of that in your links, and those tests are pretty hard to keep secret.
