Now I know that they are both part of the not so secret liberal cabal that runs Hatrack. And I know that they are both family hating(even though TomD has a kid due soon) athiest(or at least TomD is) but I never thought of them as evil.

Until now.

You are probably asking what my proof is? Well here it is.

There have been no turns done is either Slash's or Tom's world for probably over a week.

I have now become addicted to the Overlook campaign and the last update was 2/20. The group in Tom's world was being charged by an undead zombie, and that was days ago. These two get me hooked on this stuff and then pull it away. Excuses like work and health and family are just that excuses. [Smile]

Now that I have that off my mind, I am going to go into the corner and sit down and suck my thumb.

Slash is part of the liberal cabal? That's a suprise.

Well, Ick, they say 'you are what you eat'.

Ick

It is a secret. That is why you did not know.

What other explanation is there? Like I buy that "I'm busy with work" crap. [Smile]

Well, I don't know about "evil", but I sure am Jones'n for news from Overlook.

Game restarted today.

WOO!

That means I won't be bored to tears over spring break.

Ni!

I must admit though, Cadfael killing Mission like that really surprised me. Rennik's willingness to take Mission back to the city for resurrection also took me by surprise, seeing how often they had argued.

But Sa'id and Farron going it alone to the temple is scary. Two wizards going it alone is an odd choice.

Pfft. I'm sure Kor Garesh is petrified of my zombie-killing skills.

Now you see I would have sworn that the MU would have waited in the hole, lips locked in passion until the group returned.

I just want to see how well Slash takes down the zombie giant.

I actually didn't think Mission would down that easily. I mean, cause serious wounds only does 29 points of damage, max. Who knew he'd burst into flames like that?

*grin* What's especially ironic about this is that I saw this message immediately after I sent out a new turn. [Smile]

Yeah right Tom. [Smile]

I looked, but I cannot find the answer. What is this Overlook you speak of?

If you want to actually understand what the heck is going on, go to the bottom of that page and select the first month and start reading from there. Otherwise, it will be very confusing.

Think Mission was introspective and self-righteous?

Wait 'til you meet his cousin-- a halfling cleric/rogue called Twopence Homestand. He's a fourth level rogue, and first level cleric of the Curious God.

Um... I've got a buttload of posts for the Segreda campaign sitting in my PC inbox that I haven't uploaded in a long time... but I don't see a time in the foreseeable future for me to format them and send them to Mike...

So, come spring break, there might be even more to read at www.sakeriver.com/cowgame but not at present. [Frown]

BTW, since M said he, "just wanted to see how well slash took down the zombie."

Here is an update: Two rounds into the fight, Slash has dealt 56 points of damage to the zombie.

Is that an adequate demonstration yet, M? [Smile]

I have no idea what you're talking about, but I think just reading it's given me a craving for D&D, pimples, and rejection from cheerleaders.

What have you done to me? Obi-Wan will hear of this!

How did we remind you of your high school career?

Posted by msquared (Member # 4484) on :

It is impressive, considering Slash has only been hit twice for 16 points of damage. Every one else in the group except Halla has taken that much or more. [Smile]

Just kidding, keep swinging, maybe Slash can feast on zombie meat tonight. Just cook it well done.
