The temple is a difficult spot to approach. It is prone to acne due to the boundary between the hair and the skin, contact with eyeglasses, and the tendency for many to brush their hair behind their ears.
For best results, moisten the area and drop a lighted match into a coke bottle. As you apply the opening of the bottle around the blemish, the match will consume oxygen creating suction.

Walks in.
Remembers the time that aka accidentally found a flyer for a program that distributes books to needy schools that was intended to solicit corporate donations from a bank, and without a second thought, went out and purchased a big box of books, delivering them to the school with a smile and good wishes.
Thinks back to the asteroid threads.
Remembers all the smiling welcomes that always came from the bell tower...
Notices about three weeks worth of dust on the rectory... Looks around and sees a spidery crack in one of the windows...
Notes the absence of anybody else, and the harsh shafts of sunlight coming in without any ethereal glow to balance them out.
Curious...
Reads the other thread.
Reads it again in disbelief...
Remembers all that has happened in the last seven years, since the day he first signed up for the silly Battle School forum, through the heady days of P-web development, graduation from high school, and final separation from obsession with OSC, wherin he always lurked, though rarely posted, and always, this temple had been a place of peace and friendliness....
Slowly, and with a heavy heart...
walks away...
Maybe someday, this temple will open up again. I promise that if it ever does, I'll bring the marshmallow squares.
