It doesn't take a lot to make me happy. But here, try this when you're stressed or down: get a rolling chair, find a large area of pavement, and roll to your heart's content.

Now try rolling over a piece of bubble wrap. I like the small, pink bubbles the best.

Office chair jousting is fun, too. As is office chair basketball - you use one of those tiny suction cup hoops with a crumpled sheet of paper as the ball. No one's butt can leave their chair.

I actually assembled it in our garage. We had a bunch of bubble wrap back there, so I covered the floor in it.

Try this on a ship. We used to do this. A small group of us would sit in the chairs while in rough seas and roll across the deck in the office when the ship rolled. Wheeeeeeeee! Bump! Bang! Clang! Owwwwww! Hey let's do it again.
