Recently my McCaffee has been freaking me out warning me about a file in my Temporary Internet File called ULTIMATEBB[2]. It can't delete or quarantine it, and I looked it up on google and no one seems to have heard of it.
Any help?
EDIT: upon reviewing the replies to Virus Help? the subject has been suitably changed.

You were in that Priorities thread, weren't you?
I hit delete, quarentine, stop, and delete again. It also helps if you leave that page.
But I'll be curious what others say, too.

Yeah, what's with that thread? What is it (if anything) doing to my computer?

I wondered if it was an April Fool's thing, but I honestly would never have connected it to the good, simple folk at Hatrack.

I guessed it was. Is it?

Absolutely no damage has been done: the thread uses a method of linking that disguises what site its linking to if you're using certain browsers. I knew there was a patch, but I didn't realize it would be so alarming in its effects. Count as an unintentional intensification of the prank.
And yeah, I wrote that article. Feel free to pass it along if you haven't done anything already...it's your patriotic duty to fool at least one person before midnight.

I didn't even click on a link! You managed to do that just by linking it?
