Anyone interested in having a DC hatrack picnic sometime this summer? If I were to host it again it would have to be during july or august, since I'll be at beach week and road tripping to florida during june.

I'm up for it - but it would have to be early July for me - I'm getting married July 31, then the honeymoon, then back to school.

Assuming you want a weekend, July 10-11 or earlier is best for me. I'm trying to imagine convince my fiance to go to a picnic one week before the wedding, and the conversation isn't going that well - I can't even convince myself it's reasonable. [Smile]

Ah yes. Thank you for reminding me.

My road trip has changed. Ben, Ophelia and I are leaving for the Road Trip on July 9th, and we'll be on it for roughly 1 1/2-2 weeks. Meaning I can host the party anytime from now to July 7th (my band plays a big show on the 8th), or after july 25th.

Lets get some votes. Who wants to do it late june/early july, and who wants to do it late july/early august.

No one even told me I was going on another road trip (I mean, it was brought up as a possibility a month ago. But dates certainly were not mentioned.). I definitely cannot afford one.

I leave tomorrow morning, and I won't be back until sometime in the first week of August. I also won't have internet access for the next 4 weeks. So consider me interested in a DC get together, but only if it's going to happen in August.

I can't do it anymore either. Mid July would have worked for me, but it all kind of died apparently.

Oh well. There's always winter break or next summer.
