My head is filled, my lungs hurt, and I want to sleep all the time. I'm out of breath after two flights to my apartment, and that is NOT normal. I'm contemplating investing in Kleenex directly considering the amount of dough I'm already spooning their way. Coughing every morning like an emphysemic grandpa. I can't exercise, and that does not good things for my mood or clothes. My lips are chapped because I breath through my mouth at night. I spent an evening at a wedding reception on Friday jumping up to make sure my head was clear and to reapply makeup. Fortunately, the sneezing fits are still fun.

GRRRRR!!!!! It must be allergies because I found a bottle of prescription claritin in my cabinet that was prescribed this same time last year, and it helps. I love the blankets of wildflowers covering Texas in the spring, but they are killing me. AAAA!!!

I don't normally have a problem with allergies myself, but two out of two serious boyfriends have had them, so I know what you mean about buying stock in Kleenex.

Hope you're feeling better soon. [Smile]

Ohhh, I know this one well. [Frown]

Stupid allergies. Spring is also the worst for me, but close exposure to strange cats, or a large amount of dust (why I don't organise my linen cupboard that often [Wink] ) will also yield the same result in a very short period of time.

Claratin works wonders. As does Zyrtec.

Either way, I'm thinking of you Kat - sneeze the allergies away! [Big Grin]

Thank you. [Smile] Me too.

In all actuality, I AM in a foul mood this morning. Not witchy, but sort of depressed. There are a few things that could cause it, but that's just life.

Lots and lots of others things - all other things, actually - are really good. I really think the current mood comes from (1) not being able to excercise due to lack of oxygen and some major my-bones-hurt fatigue, and (2) I missed most of conference through my own lack of attention. Dang it.

Well, I have pretty much every allergy possible, and I take three shots a month for them.

I guess it's worth it, because some friends of mine just get totally immobilized by allergies.

And don't worry, not everyone is participating in the "love-in."

How come you want a prescription? The generic Claritin was cheaper than my co-pay. You must have eaither really good insurance or really bad store drug brands where you live. [Smile]

i wish i was in england. there, they make pills that immunize you to local pollens like honey is supposed to do-but you don't have to eat the honey to get it.

Evil allergies. Doesn't help that I'm allergice to probably three-fourths of the crops grown around here (I live in an agricultural area).

Yes, I have fantastic "insurance". Medicaid will pay for expensive prescriptions, but not cheap OTC meds.
