Okay, I got my wireless network running and I hooked my laptop up to my projector. Oddly, the aspect ratio thing on the projector only lets me do the widescreen (5' x 9') and the even larger vertical size which runs off my screen.

So, I'm sitting here typing in letters that are projected across the room on a giant screen. The letters are about 1" tall and clearly visible from across the room. Very cool!!!

Please everyone, post big thoughts!!!

I saw it pretty quick, though I was at first really ticked at all the scrolling around.

I also described it as ascii art to my husband, even though I'm not sure I've heard of it before.

P.S. and a big thought... I'm thinking of what kind of liberal board this is. :-)

Oh, that's the child of Dana's very good friends in her town in Iowa.

I'm not going to give out names, but he's a great kid. Full of energy and fun. Only 3, so talking but not always coherent (at least not to me yet because I'm not used to his speech patterns).

He's a riot though. Very fun kid.

And his parents & big sister are the first friends of Dana's that I met. They are very nice and very cool. Dad's a chef. Mom is an elected official. His sister liked my shrimp dish, so she's A=1 in my book!
