I turn the TV on to WGBH. What do I see?

I think the show's called "Basic Black." Racism. Double standard 1.

Then I start watching it. They have scenes with not only one breast showing, but two. Janet Jackson, anyone? Double standard 2.

Further along in the show, much to my surprise, I hear the F bomb several times. Then I hear the N word. Double standard 3.

All this on PUBLIC TV.

I believe the standards for nudity on public television, especially late at night, are actually similar to the standards on basic cable; I've seen nudity on public TV more than once.

I curse at the people on my TV. They curse back.

No Double Standard.

Now, if they were allowed to be nude on TV, and I wasn't allowed to be nude while watching them, that would be a double standard.
