I've been to all the usual sites with the pre-printed party invites and all that-- no luck. So I'm turning to you guys for ideas. What should I do?

They'd love that! I know I would!

You could probaly find someone who'd make invites entirely for free using Gundam images found on the net and print shop. I could even help find a ton of images.
Then you could get cheap super deformed little GW toys as prizes...
*Tries to think of some cool Gundam theme games* Maybe making everyone dress like giant robots or something and whoever has the best costume wins something.. hmm...
