This is not a political discourse.

This is blatant, farenheit 911 style, conservative bashing fun. If you would get offended, please partake of a different juicy thread from the menu above. If you want to argue the facts, please partake of a different juicy thread from the menu above. If you want to counter with some anti-Democratic, anti-communistic, anti-Wishy-washy undecided, please do. If you want to add some, please do.

Here are five T-shirt slogans I thought up.

5) I Survived Gulag Guantanamo.

4) Abu Graib, because "Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition."

3) The 21st Century Gang of Five: Enron, World Com, Tyco, Adelphia, Haliburton.

2) We did more to bring down the US Economy than all of Al Queda, the Taliban, and Sadaam Hussein combined. We are Enron.

1) No child left behind! Those that are being left behind are obviously lazy midgets.

Enron, WorldCom, Tyco, Adelphia. Brought to you by the Clinton administration. Prosecuted by the Bush administration.

Innuendo 9/11: Moore of the same

Lego my Ego: Kerry-style waffles.

Kerry: Changing his position for your vote!

That's news I hadn't heard. When did they indict Ken Lay?

Kerry shirt...

This would be funny:

Dan, can I respond, since Rabbit broke the rules first? [Taunt]

Posted by Dan_raven (Member # 3383) on :

Yes, but not much. I'm going for political smiles, not boring talk.

Posted by Noemon (Member # 1115) on :

Only if you phrase your response in the form of a T-Shirt quip.

Posted by Dagonee (Member # 5818) on :

Lay will be charged soon, and there has already been one conviction and another plea that should go through soon. Prosecution starts long before indictment.

*That is all.

One the front: Vote for Kerry

On the back: Paid for by the "Terrorists for John Kerry" fund.

Oops, that's anti-Democrat. If someone will start an anti-democrat thread, I'll post this there. I considered changing Kerry to Bush but it isn't as funny that way.

Well, my favorite so far is one I saw on someone at the Chicago Blues Fest.

"I Bet You'll Vote This Time Hippy"

But you really have to see it to fully appreciate it.

Anti-democrat is well within the rules.

To be fair, I'm trying to think of a good Bush gag right now.

Yep - them's the rules as Dan laid them out. But his title leads people to have a different expectation and so they get all confused...

Kerry: I voted for the Patriot Act so I could campaign against it!

Storm and Erik,

You're welcome. [Smile]

The reason I like the tshirt is that I have a simple answer to people who would like to see some changes in Congress and the White House.

Vote!

And not only that, get involved with voter registration and "get out the vote" efforts.

(abstaining from my soapbox about how whining is not a good response to being outorganized by the political right)

I'll be getting involved here in the Chicago area. We won't be able to match the voter turnout of the early 1960s though. These days, they'll only allow votes from living people, even if they're Democrats. [Wink]

Because the first convention is still almost than a month out, and I'm already sick of all of it:

"Jed Bartlet is my President"

(This, of course, is a play on all the "Charelton Heston is my President" bumper stickers I've seen on NRA bumpers.)

By the way sndrake, I really liked your "Like Father, Like Son: One Term" idea.

littlemissattitude,

thanks, but it's not mine. I got that off a tshirt that someone already sells.

The Jed Bartlett one could be a big seller.

Bush: Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Kerry: Lurching toward a better tomorrow.

Bush: I've got friends in low places~

Kerry: Making Gore look more exciting every day!

Bush: The Nut doesn't fall far from the tree

Kerry: 30+ years of national service. I am NOT part of the problem. Really.

Bush: Dub-Yeah!

Kerry: Ketchup made my fortune. Yale made me a man. Now you make me president!

Bush: Hey Y'all, watch this!

Kerry: I've met many poor folks!

Skull and Bones: No matter what, we win!

Skull and Bones: Our bywords: Presidential Mediocrity!

[Hail] Sopwith! Hits them from all sides!

For my money, though, give me anything with "No one expects the Spanish Inquisition!" in it.

My weak contribution:

Bush: Faithfully Serving the Haves and Have More

Bush: Check Out This Swing!

(thanks Mr. Moore and F 9/11)
