Since I didn't see anything about this over here yet...

There's a thread around here already.

I keep wanting to say 'How gay is he?'

Suspicions were aroused when people noticed he actually looked good in a suit.

Heavens - it obviously has NOTHING to do with sexual preferences - it's all about his tailor . . .

A good tailor helps, but why do you think upper-class men always had an unmarried male valet to help them to select suitable clothing and to attire themselves properly?

Well, gee - for the same reason upper class women always have a ladies' maid . . . .

although, Prissy and Scarlett just don't seem to mesh in my mind . . .

So, basically, everyone in the upper class was having gay relationships with the help.

Quoth the crowd:
quote:
How gay is he?
Rodney Dangerfield: Boy, lemme tell ya. He's so gay they'd put him in a room full of naked goils and they'd all come out with new fashon tips.

He's so gay I'd have to turn away while he eats a banana.

I get no respect!

You know, when I quit, I hope I come out less bitter.

So how do you plan to come out? [Wink]

Preferably medium rare. I can't stand shoe leather.

For fashion advice, possible but unlikely.
Consider trying to corset yourself into a 20inch/50cm waistline. Somebody's gotta provide the muscle while you're busy trying to stay concious. As well as put on the hoops, the petticoats, and the dress with buttons on the back. I certainly couldn't reach my back while corseted that tightly; I'd probably pass out attempting to put on my shoes.

"So, basically, everyone in the upper class was having gay relationships with the help."

Haven't the foggiest about other activities shared between a valet and his employer.
Merely pointing out that there ain't no Straight Eye for the Queer Guy.

Actually COmedy Central did a special with that name, where they tried to turn a "Gay" guy straight looking.

I watched five minutes of it before getting ill. I had never been so ashamed to be a straight man in my life.

Yes, it was rather idiotic. "Straight Plan for the Gay Man," I think it was called.

In the governor's speech, I believe he said he was glad to have his wife by his side. Does any one else find that ironic?
