I am playing Sweden, and have united the Scandinavian peninsula under my benevolent rule. Also large tracts of Africa, the Middle East, and Indo-China. But nasty, evil Italy won't let me keep my gains! And they smashed my army. Boo-hoo! All my lovely Arabian soldiers to be signed over to an independent Tunisia!
But I'll have my revenge, oh yes. Build dreadnoughts, I will. Conscript the Thais and Vietnamese. Sack Rome! (I already did this once, while Italy was busy with Austria, which is why he hates me.) The Goths did it before, and I am Duke of Gotland! And as for the 'free Egypt' he is making me create, we'll just see about that. Just wait till my lovely dreadnoughts come on line.

Forums and web page. Check out the AARs in the forums, some of them are very good writing indeed - I recommend Voshkod and Peter Ebbesen, in particular. You can also find an AAR by yours truly (among others) in the the Multiplayer section. Or follow this link, not forgetting to take a look at the Diplomacy thread. You should ignore everything the other players say, however, as being sheerest propaganda. My posts are the only reliable ones, as I am a servant of nothing but the truth.
