Beautiful eyes!
Both of my boys are top notch artists. Maybe someday they'll give me permission to post some of their pictures.

I agree on the eyes. for some reason, I always put extra emphasis on them... You can also look at my online gallery at Frozen-Alcohol.

I can't wrap my head around how it's possible to visualize something in so much detail and then get it to commit to a piece of paper. I have difficulties with stick people. But it's fun looking at things that are so outside the realm of my possibilities. Thanks, guys.

My 4 month old portfolio. Not the best, but it got me into the program I'm in now. Mostly CG, a bit of film, and some LEGOMATION!

Wonder Dog, the notebook theme on your website really works well -- very cool. I'm also really impressed with the music.

loved the legomation Wonder Dog. Legos are still cool.

Thanks for the nice comments. Avadaru, very nice studies. Above average art-school stuff IMHO. And Wonder Dog, great site. I like the rough lettering A LOT. Nice barrel roll! And nice weaps.

So fun seeing y'all's artwork! Zotto, I can't help but think that I have seen your work somewhere before. Have you ever posted artwork on elfwood by chance? I really enjoy looking at the stuff people have up there. I spend my time thinking how I really ought to draw more but can't be bothered to spend time on it anymore. I am too ashamed to post any of my artwork here.

Zotto has posted some of those on Hatrack before, beverly; that may be when you saw them.
They are really good, I like them a lot -- I hadn't actually seen a couple of them, and I have to say they are awesome.
Yup, everyone is pretty talented. Sigh.

Anything ccan be an art. Don't be limited to drawings paintings and such. After all, an art is a way you express yourself. Even cooking is an art.

Wow, Zotto, that's awesome!
And Katharina... I'll work on that.
Anyone else who puts their stuff at photobucket: suggestions on how to let people look at it?
Posted by Cashew (Member # 6023) on :
Cashew, that is awesome. What medium is it?
Posted by Cashew (Member # 6023) on :
Thanks for that. It's oil on canvas, about 6 feet long. I did it for a Church international exhibition in 2000. The Church BOUGHT IT!!! What an ego boost that was!
Posted by Cashew (Member # 6023) on :
You can buy prints of it at the Church Art Museum store across from Temple Square, by the way. No money comes to me incidentally, it's not my picture any more. Just in case you're interested...

oh my stars, was that in the church museum exhibit of BoM art? I saw that exhibit! It was incredible. One of the most amazing, diverse, and quality afternoons I've ever spent in any museum.
