That’s right, we don’t have TV, so, are there any good, live sights? Ones that will update automatically and what not? We (I) do have radio, so that’ll be on, but does anyone now some good websites for live results?

WTOP is the local news station for the DC metro area. You can listen online; they have connections with CBS, so around 2000EST or so, they'll start getting in the results.

I get most of my news from my LiveJournal friends list, believe it or not. Most news tends to hit there rather quickly.
electoral-vote is showing a neck-to-neck race, with Kerry slightly in the lead. The site hasn't been updated in several hours, though, so I don't know how accurate this is. dailykos has some exit polls up that are predicting Kerry right now, though they caution that exit polls may not be accurate. And there's always Google News. Those are the sites I've been hitting, along with the LJ friends list.

A friend of mine is a pollster, and has been updating his LiveJournal with numbers from various sites as he gets them. I would link directly to his journal, but he friendslocks everything so it wouldn't be very useful. Instead I will copy some stuff he has posted.

9) Sit outside. See what your neighbors are doing. If the guy with the Kerry Signs starts crying, Bush is winning. If the guy with the Bush sign starts praying, Kerry is winning.
If they both come out side and embrace, then shoot themselves, Ralph Nader won.
8) Build a time machine, go into the future by 20 years, got to the nearest library and see if we've figured out who won yet.
