My whole squad is a bunch of gamers, we set it up that way, (if our integrity is not messed up during the MOB) I am looking for the core books on CD so I can pack it in a CD case instead of a ruck sack!

The piece is very true, in the same way every generation of cell phone looks more like a Star Trek communicator and for the same reason!

BC, there are on-line resources that you can print out with no repercussions....it's open to the public....

If you have access to a computer, you can always get the d20 rules....

I just found that out a few months ago.

Here is is....

Maybe that will help you, if you didn't already know about it.

Cool article! The last line carries a fun punch, too -

[ROFL] [ROFL]

I love the last line [Big Grin] ...and I hope the democrats manage to conjure up more than a magic shield... how about several sorcerers with access to Burning Hands and Magic Missile [Evil]

And it was a great article... I'm part of the new generation of gamers, raised with one parent tentatively supportive of it, and the other one slightly hostile to it. Started gaming with the old West End Games Star Wars RPG back in 4th grade... good times good times.

I still have trouble imagining gamer parents... it just seems like an oxymoron to me.

Bush is running the show like he has a Ring of 3 Wishes, but it only had one wish left, asn he used that up getting elected.

But he didn't know that until they looked for the WMD's.... [Big Grin]

I am one of those gamer parents.

My son showed me how old I was last night. We were talking about which edition of D&D I played in highschool, back in 1980-81. I was sure it was second edition. He showed me the copyrites on the books and it was first edition. I still have the player's guide, copyriteds 1974 I think. I also have the second edition, copyrited 1989, but I had basically stopped playing by then, due to family things.

Now I am playing in a group with my oldest son, who is 13, and we are using the 3.5 edition. He is amazed at how I know how to role play and that I actually understand the background theory behind the rules.

This is actually making me cool to my teenage son.
