Idiot in a Bin Laden mask

Well, walking around in a Bin Laden mask is one thing.

Jumping out firing a pellet gun while wearing a Bin Laden mask with the intent of frightening people is a good way to get shot. As this story proves.

All I can say is, some people don't have the brains they were born with. Bin Laden mask aside, jumping out to scare people with gun in hand is just asking to be hurt.
