The CIA runs secret prisons at Guantanamo and in Iraq according to today's Washington Post.

No lists of whose there.

Some question as to whether Red Cross has access to the detainees therein.

I just read about this and came here to see if it had been posted. You know, the only thing that surprises me about this is that they kept it secret for so long. I mean, they've been doing it forever, but somebody told on them.
