Strangley enought, having lived my whole life in the Midwest, I've never even heard of them. They're the only airline with a flight that fits my timeframe, but I'm [Angst]

about booking tickets on an airline I know nothing about.

I haven't, but my sister has several times, since they fly out of Kansas City. I've never heard of any problems, but I can ask her specifically.

They're your average airline, I flew on them once or twice, nothing special, but nothing horrible either.

I've ridden on them a few times until the leg of the trip I used got cancelled ( [Cry]

). They're really great. Friendly service, extra leg room, and yes, they always bake (as in actually bake, not warm up) chocolate chip cookies in flight. [Big Grin]
