Any of y'all familiar with a jazz singer named Belinda Underwood? She's playing in town next week, and the reviews sound good... just curious if anyone's heard her live and knows if she puts on a good show.

(She's based in Portland, and seems to play there most often, would be why I'm asking you.)

I'm clueless Eljay. I only know names of jazz combos around here, not individual artists.

But, you probably won't be disappointed if you go. Portland always has great jazz. [Smile]

She plays stand-up bass, too, and does some middle eastern music as well as classic jazz. I think I'm going to be going, now I just have to decide where. She's at two different venues.
