HIT ME.

But seriously. All my friends seem to be having boyfriend/girlfriend troubles.

My guy friends are whipped, and my girl friends are not apresiated and and treated as second fiddle to a Triatholon Club.

Yeah, I'm feeling good about being single.

i dont get why people don't answer my posts.

Maybe because you posted at 3:52 AM and complained at 5:18 AM, a time period notorious for low new-post counts on Hatrack? [Wink]

Yep. Which is why I'm known for occasionally stirring up a lot of trouble in the middle of everyone else's night.

Boredom, man, boredom!

Please change the title. Your use of the word (you know which one) is absolutely gratuitous here.

And if you really think of girls like that, then there's a chance you'll be single all your life anyway...

in his defense, it's a song lyric.

Posted by Corwin (Member # 5705) on :

Didn't know that, Ben. I guess he might have used it more for the style then... Not sure it's any better though...

Yeah, but . . . it's a stupid song.

Unless the song is about returning a dog to the pet store, it is still somewhat offensive.

Yet for some reason, I really like that odd mix of the song with Linkin Park. And the part about being stopped by the cop...I dunno, it does have a point.

Posted by sexy_aaron (Member # 7312) on :

That's my favorite part of the song too.

It's not a great song though. Also, it's shouldn't be that offensive, since it's used as a quote. The topic really has nothing to do with girls being b****es - just that relationships are problematic. (This is what the song's going for, too)

The issue is with that word as a synonym for woman.

I really don't like the song mixed with Linkin Park, it's like it's just JZ's song except with Linkin Park in the background.

I also don't like the part of the song with the cop. He's giving the cop lip right from the start and he doesn't expect the cop to get angry at him?

You know, I don't care if it's a song. It's offensive and an insult to women.

Bob put a picture of Abraham Lincoln on the shelf with my Weebles playground. He calls it Lincoln Park.

[ROFL] oh that's great dkw. Anyway, Linkin Park stinks more than 20 year old eggs. Ugh, they are the worst I have seen in a concert. Just makes you yell out "shutup and rock, or put Ozzie on."

Thanks for changing the title. [Smile]

I haven't seen them in concert, but I like some of their music. Meteora more than Hybrid Theory. I especially like Numb.

See, I'm not particularly a Jay-Z OR a Linkin Park fan, but the combination of the two is just neat to hear. To each his own, I guess. *shrug*

see im not the biggest jay-z or Beatles fan but THE GREY ALBUM is a masterpiece as far as i'm concerned.

I still want to hear that!

I've decided to stay single for a good long time now. I'm still dealing with the last girl I went out with.

Has anyone ever had the whole being friends thing after you stopped dating actually work? I'm in a situation where the girl really wants that...and I'm really trying, but it just feels awkward to me.

I had never heard of that song. Or Linkin park. Apart from reading about it on Hatrack. But I also appreciate you changing it.

It can work if you get away from her until you're over it. But it sounds a bit like the girl you're talking about wants to have her cake and eat it too. Do what you want or need to do, not what she wants or needs you to do.
