Depends on which analogs were missing. Without dopamine and endorphins positive survival traits would not be reinforced, so we would probably die out. Serotonin has been called the civilizing neurotransmitter. Without it, would we be slaves to the lizard brain? Is DMT responsible for the subjective experience of acute awareness of "higher" consciousnesses? Lots of theories exist, some with more support than others, but neuroscience is a very young field. Even if it is possible to gain a complete and total understanding of the human brain, it is probably centuries away.
