Have you ever rediscovered a record that you had completely forgotten about but was a core listening selection at a certain period of your life?
I was reminded of The Get Up Kids - Something to Write Home About tonight. My friend Kyle talked about it.
I haven't heard this record in 5 years since the cd was stolen. i missed it dearly when it first went away but never got around to buying it again. When i had it i would listen to it on a weekly basis for over two years. It was a guilty pleasure at one time, but one i found great joy indulging in. Specifically a song titled Long Goodnight.
So he provided me with the record again. Damn it's good to hear it again...
that is all...

Beethoven's Last Night by Trans Siberian Orchestra was a cd I had before I joined the Navy. I listened to it a lot. It had gotten lost shortly after I had joined. That was 1999. I just bought the cd again a month ago.

I love "Beethoven's Last Night!"
We used to listen to Amy Grant tapes in the car all the time when I was little. I finally bought "The Collection" CD a few years ago and was surprised at how well I still remembered all the words.
