Well, I just met OSC. He was exactly as I expected him to be. I probably gave a horiible impression though, because I was absolutely exhausted, and didn't say much. I just introduced myself as Greg/Little_Doctor. Nothing much too exiting after that. He signed my book and I took a picture. I jsut feel like I came off as not very interested. But I was really excited to meet him!

My only question is, when am I "real" by Hatrack standards? I'd say meeting OSC is worth something. what is the rule again?

You have to meet two other real jatraqueros. The original real people were made real at some gathering (Endercon, I believe).

OSC is real, I'm assuming. He posts here and has met at least two real jatraqueros.

I was going to go to the Huntington signing if I got snowed in today. But the roads were clear enough for me to get into the city and I jumped at the chance. There were many secrets revealed there, but you will have to find them out for yourselves at your own signings.

What, I get my own signing? Really? Where? At Vijitha Yapa? Cuz they actually carry OSC books now. Only the old ones, and of course, only the ones I already own, but still . . .

*pouts* You know, LD, you're just being mean now. Cuz unless OSC comes to Sri Lanka specifically to meet me or Arthur C Clarke, it's never going to happen. So now I'll never find out what was revealed. [Cry]

Not as if anyone was coming in France either. I hope I'll meet Imogen and Tony in Australia, but unfortunately they live in a part of the country we didn't plan to visit. Oh well. We'll see...
