One midterm last week, two yesterday afternoon, one today. But this afternoon, it will all be over...

Then, verily, will the break of spring burst forth with glad song. And yea, shall I take flight back to watery Oregon, where my family awaits.

All I have to do is not fail my thermodynamics midterm. Actually, I still get to go home if I fail it, but I really hope I don't. Anyhow, wish me luck---and if anyone can explain to me how to find the heat lost to the surroundings when a 1m-diameter balloon containing gas at STP and suspended in a vacuum chanber is first increased by 2K and 1cm in diameter by the addition of 2kJ of heat and then deflated isothermally over the course of five seconds to its original size...I'd really appreciate it. I've got all of the practice problems but that one figured out.

Heh... I'm just three weeks into the semester. I have a while, still, before midterms!
