I have the Orbit edition of the first five books of the Alvin Maker series. Now there's a sixth coming or already out there. Problem is, the coverart/artcover of the different books in the Orbit edition blend(s?) together, and a sixth book wasn't provisioned for in there (you get to see what the five look like together on the back. I'm more concerned about what it looks like on the side, pressed together on my shelf, though). In fact, I don't even know if Orbit will publish the sixth. Does anybody here know?

I don't know what the Orbit editions look like, but a 7th is anticipated.

I checked Orbit's website and UK's amazon and didn't see any news regarding the sixth book. Your best bet is to email orbit (orbit.uk@twbg.co.uk) or check out Orbit' s Forum.
