*nod* So say the people who were actually here (I haven't been around long enough) when the question was first raised by Thalia. Back then, Google produced nothing.
Now, it does . . . and most appearances can be traced back fairly easily to here.
OK. here's the link for the original post on this topic here on hatrack link it is dated April 03 2003. ssywak then goes the the IMDB forum, and from there it spreads. IMDB if you can find a reference from before april 3 2003 you win.
